At the corner, Mara planted one foot and kicked behind his knee. He buckled into the man behind him. Rain ticked through holes in the roof. Mara shoved one shelf sideways with both hands; metal shrieked against concrete and crashed across the passage behind her.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">Two men were cut off.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">She ran up a narrow steel staircase, changed direction at the mezzanine, and dropped onto a loading platform below.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">One pursuer overshot the turn.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">Mara struck the back of his knee and kept going.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">It was not elegant.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">It was not heroic.<\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">Run.
